Managing Vz local legal entity accounts in all areas of finance and accounting - incl.cash (payments, forecasting etc), AP, AR, Fixed assets, T&E, IC (incl.transfer pricing), controlling, tax, accounting, statistics reporting (cooperate with external accountants), preparation of management reports, reconciling balances, review tax packs, cooperation with different teams (legal, billing, business, regulatory etc), successful pass of local tax checkings and annual audits, participation in developing of companies processes/digitalization. Managing of accounting in other countries (Poland, Hungary) in cooperations with external advisors. Supporting group (EMEA) reporting (PL, IC, reconciliations).

• Preparation of short-term cash flow forecast; • Preparation of report on the actual cash flow, analysis of deviations from the plan; • Management of IC settlements; • Interaction with foreign banks in regards to opening accounts of the group's companies, making payments, placing funds on deposits; • Conducting settlements on loans of non-residents and providing them to interested divisions; • Preparation of loan agreements (also in English); • Preparation of payment instructions in English, gathering respective approvals/signatures

Working in AR department/office leases ( managing a team of two people/accountants), sales books, bank, reconciliations with customers, work with Excel and 1C, review and amendment of agreements with tenants (Russian and English versions), invoicing, acts, invoices, preparation of documents to tax audits, verification before VAT filing, business correspondence.
