Center of Commercialization and Transfer Technology * Led 3-member department to provide assistance in technological transfer state funding applications to R&D companies in the fields of micro- and nano-electronics. * Oversaw creation of $4.6M project to create innovative infrastructure for business incubation of start-ups in the field of electronics. Reported results to Ministry of Education and Research of RF. * Directed implementation of $7M system development for automated distribution and control of heating and electricity; system installed in multiple multi-level buildings in Russian cities. * Managed $30M national education project. Designed financial model and wrote conceptual part of application to the state funding contest and presented to the Chancellor of MIET.

* For $150K R&D software company, prepared business-plans and analyzed and built financial models for clients rolling out high-tech innovative products. * Led $50M investment project with $1.6B government corporation.
