• Responsibilities: - Coordinating Supply and Demand Planning Activities for the assigned markets; - Negotiating all arising topics with the Supplying sites; - Project implementation of standardized S&OP cycle for RU/CIS Markets. - Coordinating and facilitating monthly S&OP webexes in line with the implemented procedures between the Markets and manufacturing sites to align demand /supply, forecasting accuracy, supply accuracy, inventory level, expected lost sales. - Negotiating mitigation plans to avoid of lost sales risks. - Generating monthly executive summary of the expected sales/supply issues for RU/CIS Region due to the production issues. - Escalation to the Global Manufacturing and Supply in case of inability to solve the issue. - Complexity reductions for the supplied SKUs (portfolio optimization, shared SKUs) Achievements: • Launched and completed project on the standardized S&OP cycle for CIS Markets; • Approved and initiated project to switch for replenishment (currently Make-to-Order) for a CIS Market. Prepared implementation plan for other markets; • Prepared agenda and arranged for the yearly F2F Meetings between RU/CIS Cluster and all supplying sites to discuss supply/production related topics; • Coordinated Track & Trace pilot project for Yaroslavl site. Coordinating overall preparation for the obligatory serialization;
